I didn't make it to Weight Watcher's on Friday. I was getting laundry done and had to go to the grocery store. I was going to be at a women's conference at church Friday evening, Saturday morning and afternoon, then back on Saturday evening and the regular Sunday morning. So, I chose to make sure that the family was set up with food and clothes since Mom wasn't going to be here. I did get on my scales at home and I think I did lose 1 lb. My scale is really close to Weight Watcher's, within ounces.
The Devoted Conference was WONDERFUL! I am so glad I went. I think I am going to call the lady that invited me to her cell group and see if I like it. A cell group is a smaller group of people that get together every other week or once a month and have a Bible study or discussion. In a cell group it helps to feel more a part of the church community.
Sunday was really nice. We went to the 9:00 service, came home had some lunch and I put a big pot of chicken and rice soup and then took a good nap on the couch. It rained all day, it was a cozy day! Good day for soup.
I am going to start keeping track of calories for awhile. My Y coach suggested it last Tuesday. I was telling her that I think I might be bored with the whole point thing. She said i might not be eating enough for as much as I have been working out. Maybe a little change will be good. I wan to get back into those 16 jeans. I haven't even put them on in awhile. I'm scared to! Last time I did I could get them on but, they were so tight! Rachel will be here in 4 weeks! I better get off my FAT SOFA!
