Fall Time

Just had to take this picture. I turned down this street and the leaves were just gorgeous. It was cloudy and it just gave me a cozy feeling.My favorite time of the year.

7 Week Goal

I just want to make it through the holiday seasons without gaining weight.


 I have started using www.sparkpeople.com Seems like a pretty decent website. Weight Watchers has been cancelled for the time being. Tired of spending money to gain weight. My weigh in's are on Thursday mornings at 7 A.M.

 I started a Pilates class on Tuesday nights at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens. It is a 4 weeks class, looking forward to learning something new. I have an 8k coming up on 12-2-2012, looking into a Zumba class that is on Thursday evenings.

 Would love to be able to keep up with posting here on the blog. I haven't done so well at keeping up with this blog. Wake UP Terri, WAKE UP!!!!

Well, I made it! What a difference the extra pounds made. I see that I have got to get back in the SADDLE, and pull my big GURL panties up!!!! RIDICULOUS =/ 
Fall time is here, so I have set some new goals and will wipe the slate and move on. I do know that only I am responsible for the way things turn out and I have to make the change. I need to keep moving, it's always nice to have a workout BUDDY, but to some weight loss is just a vane thing; and to some like me it's more for my health. If others want to join me then GREAT, but I can't always wait for them. So, I will set my goals, and write them here and see what changes I can make. I want to enjoy the adventure along the way. Live Laugh and Love, my favorite saying. 
Today I went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the treadmill using the C25K app day one. So, here's to day one of my new adventure=)

WHAT THE HELL!!!!

SO, Easter 2012 was spent with my dear friend Jenny. I made Easter dinner then we went and walked around at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens. Jenny had taken some pictures and sent them to me later that evening. The picture on top was a shocker! I was like what in the hell am I doing! It is so depressing looking back at all the hard work  I had been doing to get into shape and lose weight and then seeing this picture. Like I didn't know, but I did. Just didn't admit it I guess.
