Wow, can't believe it's the end of the second week of April! I can't even believe it's April!In two weeks, my son Michael will be turning 16,and in 2 1/2 months my daughter graduates from high school.Oh me, as much as we try to slow things down it just seems to go faster.
Since the last blog update, I went to NC in March to pick up my sister, she came to spend a long week with me and she went with me to church to attend the "Devoted" women's conference at our church, www.wavechurch.com we had some amazing speakers and a lot of good info to use! Can't wait until next years.
Also, had my first closing in Real Estate and have 2 more listings, one has a contract already. It's a short sale so it could be awhile. I keep saying to myself though, "I have God in this deal, so I know he can move mountains if he wants!" God has a hand on me so I am believing for a quick closing!
Found out our mortgage loan has been approved for the loan modification and since have found out the proposal is ready to be signed, they have reduced our principal and interest to 2%. This will last through 2013. I think we can handle that, prayer answered.
I hit another goal in my weight loss, but can't remember the exact number, I just know it was the 195 area! WOOHOO!!!! Will post the exact later or get it caught up Friday! I have been so busy here lately and when I am home, I feel like going to bed!

We had some beautiful weather the weekend my Sister was here, so that Sunday we decided to get out and walk for awhile at the beach!
