Here we are on Friday! What a wonderful week this has been. Wednesday was sort of spent putting the finishing touches on my kitchen. Finished going through all of my cooking magazines and I got rid of them! YAY! I am still fasting from the Foodnetwork! I was aware of all the food I put into my mouth. At four in the afternoon I got a little happy with the peanut butter and saltine crackers! Made a reall good meal from e-mealz.com, everyone loved it. Went to take Mallory to dance and stopped by dunkin doughnuts so she could see her boyfriend and he sent home a bag full of cake doughnuts with chocolate icing! Didn't touch then until 9:30, I ate 1. Then I felt so GUILTY. But, I did go workout at the gym Monday-Thurday. Thursday, my Uncle Al had double bypass surgery, so I went and sat with Aunt Sandy and her sons at the hostpital. I intended on having a Cheryl 7 point shake before I left but didn't make the time to make it. Aunt Sandy and them wanted to go to I-hop to get some breakfast while he was in surgery, crazy to me I wouldn't have left until I knew he was okay, but, to each his own! So, I tagged along with them, I was only going to get coffee. I searched the menu and ordered from the light fare. They had the numbers listed for calories and such and I had my calculator from Weight Watchers with me so I calculated the points and what I ordered was 12 points, how light is that? So in my mind I didn't eat breakfast and it was well after 10 when we got to I-Hop so I figured that would be breakfast and lunch. Supposed to be whole wheat pancakes with blueberries in them, topped with a sliced banana, and scrambled eggs (egg beaters). By the way Uncle Al did fine with surgery, praise the Lord.
So here we are to Friday, hoping for a good weigh in. I have some project listed to keep me bust between now and August, around the home. Cleaning closets, transferring home videos onto DVD's, daycare taxes getting caught up, and cleaning house. Oh yes, scrap booking. So I pray for the strength to GET UP and get it done!
Praying for favor,
Terri

Don't worry, I know you and I know you have the strength. And the best thing about you is that you pass that strength to others without even knowing it. Missing you.
