Happy New Year! It's 2011, WOW!

 Here we are at the beginning of another year. It's funny when you hear your older teenager's say that the year went by fast, so true.

 Not really many new goals for this year, just keeping it simple. I am doing the 100 day challenge. It is a challenge to get you moving for at least 30 minutes everyday for 100 days, easy enough, RIGHT! I want to complete the rock and Roll Half Marathon this year, and I will. And, for the third year in a row; reach my mid goal weight!

 That's enough for me, and I want to make it the best year ever!
