last weeks weigh in 202.3
-3.2 for the week.. for the year 7.0
Friday was a very busy day so I didn't have a chance to log. I did however do my weigh in. I felt very much in control last week and thought twice about everything that went into my mouth.
I didn't have any milk duds and popcorn over the weekend. I did wake up on Saturday and join my walking group. Believe me when I woke up I was thinking about how nice it would be to just hang out in my PJ's at home. But, then I felt really bad about that so I got up got dressed and left. Had to. How will I ever reach any goals if I keep putting this off?
Our church held it's women's conference this past weekend so I went to pick up my sister on Tuesday. The conference kicked off Thursday evening and continued on to Saturday evening. I really enjoyed the wonderful messages that all the speaker's delivered.
This week will be busy, filled with meetings cell group and a seminar on short sales and foreclosures. Yippee! I am looking forward to a relaxing weekend with my husband. This week I will need to stay on track with weight loss. Journal my foods and make sure to plan, so that I don't get off track.
